Operating Blue Canoe

Building a system is only part of the work. We also have to establish what its tests prove, observe how it behaves and change it without losing track of what was working before.

This strand follows that work: the joins between components, the less convenient failure cases, and the evidence that lets us trust an ordinary day's operation. It runs alongside Building Blue Canoe, because building and operating do not wait politely for one another to finish.
